AnnieFashionDiary gradly accepts returns & exchanges  within 10 days after the item is shipped out. You may return any item in its original package for an exchange or store credit (exclude hair accessary). Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping & handing charges incurred for returning any products. Guidelines Returned item(s)must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unaltered, in new and unworn condition with no unpleasant odors. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Pouch(es) and Jewelry box(es) and receipt must still be with no sign of any abuse and the original packaging materials must be included as well. If you miss anything you need for returns, we wii not accept your returns. Simply e-mail us at sales@AnnieFashonDiary.com. Then we will send you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and the address where you ship back your package. The RMA# must clearly be written on the outside of your package, or it may be refused. Any unauthorized returns will be sent back at the sender's expense. You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for.
